Cancellation, refund and ticket policy
Each ticket is valid for one person only.
Where at least 48 hours written notice of cancellation is received by the PR Masterclass team, a full refund will be provided. No refund will be available for cancellations with fewer than 48 hours notice; however you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend, at no additional charge, before the date of the PR Masterclass. We reserve the right to cancel the PR Masterclass at any time, and if this occurs, we will refund the total fee paid.
